Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland MALAYSIA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or for uncontrollable forces which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information. We may update the delivery process from time to time via our facebook page or Instagram, customers should be alert of our announcement. All parcels will be delivered via POS LAJU courier and tracking numbers will be given to all customers. We are not held responsible for any losses during shipment, customers should contact the responsible third parties by using the tracking number to track orders.
If you have any problems regarding your order, please contact admin via email within 2 weeks time from the date of purchase. We will not be responsible for any delays/ missing items / no tracking given for your late follow up.
